The Beginning

Worldwide Internships was founded in Monterrey Mexico right after graduation and the internship experiences in Japan, China and Vancouver from its founder.

The Learnings

In the same year, INCOM opens a side business under the name of “Las Páginas Web”.

It grows to over 10 people achieving yearly sales of 50K+ USD.

A year later the company almost goes bankrupt due to the inexperience of its Director and rapid growth.

Exploring New Markets

Worldwide expands to its second office in Mexico City.

The international expansion begins with business trips to Spain, London and The Middle East.

Martín Salazar becomes the Operations Manager of INCOM in Monterrey.

Both later became Partners and Stockholders.

Going Global

The first international office opens in Barcelona to provide local service to its clients.

Months later Worldwide Internships Thailand Ltd. is acquired to start operations in Asia and expand the company globally.

The Team grows internationally having over 25 employees from Mexico, Spain, US, UK, Malaysia, Thailand, Mongolia, Ireland, Perú and Philippines.

Key Partnerships

Worldwide Recruitment is founded as  a strategic partnership with Héctor Latorre.

The company enters into the Executive Search of Finance and Hospitality with top clients such as Deloitte Latam and Hyatt New Orleans.

The company achieves sales of over 50K USD in its first year.

New Industries

The pandemic hits and all the businesses related to hospitality are severely affected. Internships its reduced from 25 to 4 Team members.

Worldwide Recruitment Energy becomes the fastest growing company within The Group. Rafaél López joins as a strategic Partner and Shareholder allowing the company to enter into the Renewable Energy Industry.

Better Together

The Worldwide Group is formed as a cluster of companies.

Its strategic alliances allow the companies to grow faster using the international infrastructure, experience and key partnerships.

Industrial Ripuka joins The Group to start operations into a new sector of international trade.
